Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing high‑value projects and products for internal end users.
• Building scalable and performant software using engineering best practices.
• Actively engaging with team members to resolve challenging design and coding issues.
• Analyzing end‑user needs and business goals to design and develop new features.
• Evaluating appropriate new technologies, tools, frameworks, and software components for integration.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of software development principles (OO design, TDD, etc).
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Knowledge of at least one of the following technologies: JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, Angular, Python, C#, Ruby, Go.
• Experience working with databases such as Microsoft SQL, InfluxDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, Kubernetes, TeamCity, Ansible, Capistrano, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, Redis, or Docker.
• Experience developing in a Linux‑based environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Self‑motivation, curiosity, and a passion for technology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
