Role Description

Angular Developer, Lead I – Software Engineering. Join a mission‑driven group of 29,000+ practical problem solvers and creative thinkers in more than 30 countries. UST empowers its entrepreneurial teams to innovate, act nimbly, and create sustained impact for clients, customers, and communities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop user interfaces and micro frontends for web applications using Angular framework.
  • Design and implement responsive, user‑friendly interfaces based on wireframes and design mockups.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server‑side logic.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience as a front‑end developer with a focus on Angular framework.
  • Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript.
  • Experience with state management libraries/frameworks such as NgRx.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jasmine or Karma.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of micro‑frontends architecture and frameworks.
  • Experience with Object‑Oriented programming languages such as Java.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Benefits

Full-time employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, plus 6 days of paid sick leave, paid holidays, and bereavement leave. Compensation Range: $95,000 – $119,000
