As a Digital Designer at iA Private Wealth (iAPW), you will play an integral role in supporting our marketing, communications, and advisor and client engagement strategies. Responsabilités principales :

• Translate strategic direction into visually engaging designs across digital platforms such as social media, mobile apps, websites, and animation.
• Design and produce visually compelling graphic design materials such as brochures, infographics, reports, presentations, and print collateral.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams and the Production Manager to ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and overall aesthetics, and project requirements.
• Liaise with internal resources and external vendors on various design projects.
• Work with the Production Manager to meet the required delivery timelines.
• Contribute to creative ideation and campaign brainstorming.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to financial services and digital media to ensure designs are innovative and relevant.
• Support the development of design systems and templates for scalable content creation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.

Nous recherchons quelqu'un qui :

• Is known for their expert ability to translate requirements and ideas into designs for digital and print materials.
• Has a strong understanding of brand consistency and visual hierarchy.
• Demonstrates strong expertise in utilizing design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) to create high-quality digital content and assets for web, social media, print, and presentations. Strong PowerPoint proficiency is required.
• Has experience in videography and related areas, including conceptualizing and storyboarding engaging digital/video content.
• Can manage multiple design projects and produce high-quality digital assets.
• Displays excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Earned a Bachelor’s degree or certificate in graphic design, digital media, visual communications, or a related field.
• Has 5+ years of experience in digital and graphic design, preferably with experience working with financial services firms (directly or with a creative or marketing agency).
