  • Interviews – The average number of interviews is 3, varying depending on seniority. During the interviews, you will meet people from our team : your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role.
  • Case study – Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test : role play, technical assessment, problem‑solving scenario, etc.

Job Description

We are seeking a hands‑on SAP SuccessFactors Integration Specialist to design, develop, and maintain robust integrations at the API level between an innovative HR SaaS platform and enterprise HCM systems. This role is fully remote and part of a flexible consulting engagement. You will play a key technical role in enabling integrations with SAP SuccessFactors across multiple clients. Your work will directly impact how the platform connects with core HR systems to exchange data, trigger workflows, and deliver intelligent HR experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop end‑to‑end integrations between the platform and SAP SuccessFactors using native APIs (OData, SOAP, SFAPI).
  • Write and debug integration code (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java, or similar) for real‑time or batch data synchronization and process automation.
  • Leverage SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center, CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), or middleware tools (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft) as needed.
  • Map complex HR data models (Employee Central, Org Structure, Goals, Performance, Compensation) between systems.
  • Initiate SuccessFactors business processes (e.g., onboarding, performance cycles) from external systems via API calls.
  • Provide technical advisory input on integration feasibility, limitations, and best practices.
  • Act as a trusted technical bridge between internal teams and customer IT / HRIS stakeholders during onboarding and troubleshooting.
  • Document integration patterns, API specifications, and reusable templates for future scaling.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine the integration architecture.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience building integrations with SAP SuccessFactors using SFAPI, OData APIs, or Integration Center.
  • Hands‑on coding experience (REST / SOAP clients, authentication flows : OAuth 2.0, SFAPI key management).
  • Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors data models and modules, including :
  • Employee Central (EC)
  • Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
  • Performance & Goals
  • Compensation
  • Onboarding 2.0
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Integration or related areas (e.g., SAP Integration Suite, SAP Certified Development Associate – Integration with SAP SF) is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with middleware platforms such as SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or MuleSoft is an asset.
  • Familiarity with identity management, SSO, SCIM, or HRIS data synchronization concepts.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); able to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Based in the Americas, with reliable internet and availability during California business hours (EST / PST overlap).
  • Self‑starter, proactive, and comfortable working in agile, fast‑paced environments.
