Position : Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

Location : Downtown Montreal

Salary : Up to $85,000 (based on experience)

Our client, a leading real estate and property management firm, is seeking a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to support its marketing and asset management team. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who is both creative and analytical, with hands-on experience in social media campaigns, digital advertising, and content creation. You will help ensure that all marketing initiatives reflect the firm's brand, engage stakeholders, and enhance its presence in the real estate market.

We would love to meet :

  • Social Media Expertise : Strong focus on social media marketing, with primary experience on Facebook and Instagram, and secondary experience on LinkedIn.
  • Experience : 1-3 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
  • Autonomy : Comfortable managing campaigns independently, monitoring performance, and preparing reports.
  • Language : Strong written and spoken French language skills.
  • Experience in real estate, property management : Strong asset.
  • Basic photography or graphic design skills.
  • Understanding of B2B vs. B2C marketing approaches.

Other Language Requirements :

  • English - Level of Proficiency Required : Advanced.
  • Reasons for Language Requirement : To communicate and support operations in other regions outside of Quebec.
  • Frequency of Use : Daily (for various tasks).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Execute and monitor social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including copywriting, asset preparation, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Support the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns and provide actionable insights through campaign reporting.
  • Assist in creating professional marketing materials such as brochures, digital graphics, newsletters, and internal communications.
  • Maintain and update websites, landing pages, and online property listings, ensuring content is accurate and consistent.
  • Prepare reports on campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve engagement and ROI.
  • Coordinate marketing calendars, content schedules, and event logistics with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Organize and maintain digital asset libraries and marketing files.
