Overview
RentBolt is a fast-growing real estate leasing company shaking up the residential rental market. We’re expanding aggressively and need a Sales Development Rep (SDR) to help fuel that growth.
This is a high-energy, outbound sales role. You’ll be on the phones, online, and in the market every day, prospecting clients, opening conversations, and booking meetings that turn into revenue.
Responsibilities
- Prospect potential clients and build pipeline in collaboration with the leasing team.
- Conduct market research on properties and neighborhoods.
- Outreach: perform a high volume of outbound activity.
- Convert: book qualified meetings and lead interactions.
- Follow up: keep leads engaged and move them through the pipeline.
- Improve: work with leadership to test messaging and sharpen the playbook.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of SDR experience.
- Comfortable with a high volume of activity.
- Competitive, self-driven, and motivated to hit targets.
- Entrepreneurial edge: looking for growth.
