THE ROLE
As our Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a strategic vision for marketing while working hands-on to achieve the success of various initiatives. This role is responsible for driving lead generation and revenue growth. You will create and execute high-impact marketing campaigns with a focus on supporting our reseller and partner network. We are looking for someone who enjoys a blend of the organizational, analytical, and technical elements of digital marketing.
You will be responsible for :
- Partner and Sales Enablement
- Act as the marketing liaison for reseller and channel partners, collaborating closely to understand their needs, sales processes, and resource gaps
- Create and manage marketing and sales assets for partners including decks, case studies, competitive battlecards and training materials
- Collecting prospect activity and insights from sales and reseller teams to maximize conversion rates and reach pipeline objectives
- Demand Generation
- Build and monitor lead generation campaigns with touchpoints across multiple channels such as paid media, search, email and software review sites
- Define, track and report on KPIs especially for partner-driven campaigns, using performance data to prioritize optimizations and inform decision-making
- CRM Operations
- Manage marketing automations, email sequences and lead forms to define strong conversion paths and a smooth handover to sales
- Act as the point of contact for questions about CRM data and insights from sales, partners, and other stakeholders
- Website and Content
- Lead ongoing work on the website to ensure a visual identity, information structure and messaging that attracts potential partners and supports existing ones
- Manage a content calendar for SEO articles and product update announcements
- Reporting and Analytics
- Leverage the CRM and other analytics platforms to track campaign performance and identify trends in lead generation
- Build and share dashboards to track marketing-attributed and partner-generated pipeline, sales, and revenue
YOUR EXPERTISE
You are someone with :
- 3+ years experience in B2B digital marketing with a strong understanding of how marketing supports sales and revenue objectives
- 1-2 years experience working with a CRM and marketing automation platform - Hubspot is a must-have
- Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and customer journey
- Technical and strategic skills involved in managing lifecycle automations, segmentation, and conversion paths
- Analytical skills and experience using platforms like Google Ads, GA4, and Semrush to integrate data points into reporting and decision-making
- Knowledge of Wordpress and page builders like Elementor is a plus
- Additionally, you have :
- An interest in how LLMs and AI tools can improve marketing productivity
- Ability to manage expectations with multiple stakeholders, delegate tasks, and deliver projects on-time
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
