Overview

As the Digital Marketing Specialist for the Sushi Shop brand within the MTY Group family, your primary objective is to contribute to the brand’s growth and profitability by optimizing its digital presence and developing high-performing initiatives across digital channels. The specialist plays a key role in the evolution and updating of the website, the management and optimization of media campaigns, and the development of the loyalty program. By analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and the performance of digital platforms, you propose continuous improvements that ensure brand positioning consistency and the effectiveness of online marketing actions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the website to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with agencies to improve user experience (UX / UI).
  • Optimize SEO to increase visibility and organic traffic.
  • Plan, deploy, and analyze digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media, display, etc.).
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously adjust strategies.
  • Work with the media agency to ensure message consistency and ad placement performance.
  • Manage and develop the loyalty program (promotions, exclusive benefits).
  • Design and execute targeted campaigns to boost engagement and retention.
  • Analyze program performance and recommend optimizations.
  • Produce regular reports on digital performance (website, campaigns, loyalty).
  • Identify opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and monitor digital marketing trends.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams.
  • Support alignment of digital campaigns with brand objectives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes.

Profile / Qualifications

  • University degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience (2 to 4 years) in digital marketing.
  • Strong skills in digital marketing and performance analysis.
  • Experience managing media campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media).
  • Ability to manage a loyalty or CRM program.
  • Analytical mindset with strong business acumen.
  • Creativity, autonomy, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
