Overview
- Prospecting, outreach, and acquisition of new business opportunities, in addition to managing existing key client contracts.
- Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
- Execute and negotiate orders, pricing, and contractual discussions.
- Maintain regular communication with engineering, development, and administrative teams.
- Manage and prepare contracts in collaboration with Customer Success, technical staff, and sales support advisors.
- Support marketing and sales activities such as client events and trade shows.
Responsibilities
- Minimum of 3 years of full B2B sales experience (from prospecting to closing).
- Knowledge of software, ideally Autodesk products (ACC, Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM 360, etc.).
- Technical understanding of the software / SaaS industry.
- Experience in sales within architecture, engineering, or construction fields is highly desirable.
Interview Process
- Introduction meeting and discussion with John, talent acquisition partner.
- Pre-screening interview with Sébastien, Sales Director.
- Pre-screening interview with a peer or key stakeholder.
- Final interview.
Fluent communication skills in French and English, both spoken and written, are required for interactions with clients and non-French speaking teams (Canada outside Quebec, USA, Europe).
