BI Programmer-Analyst

We are looking for a BI Programmer-Analyst for one of our clients located in Downtown Montreal for a permanent position. Hybrid work, 2 days a week in the office.

The candidate must be able to combine BI analysis, design, and programming skills. We are looking for a candidate who wants to work in a team to meet our client’s needs. This position will allow you to develop your skills in several BI technologies and innovative tools. Responsibilities :

• Develop new business intelligence systems processing units and/or make modifications to existing ones;
• Design and model solutions that meet the specifications and requirements of business units;
• Estimate and plan the tasks necessary for the realization of the solution;
• Ensure the compliance of deliverables;
• Diagnose and resolve problems following testing;
• Work closely with other team members to achieve a common goal;
• Write and develop the norms and standards of his practice.

Requirements :

Technical Specializations

• Required – Advanced experience with the BI;
• Required – Advanced experience with data integration and SQL (ETL/ELT);
• Asset – Experience with the Cloud Snowflakes database;
• Asset – Experience with Matillion ELT/ETL Cloud;
• Asset – Experience in CI/CD, DevOps mindset.

General

• Essential – College diploma in computer science or equivalent;
• Essential – More than 5 years of relevant experience;
