We’re looking for a talented and versatile Marketing Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will create consistent, high-quality designs across multiple channels using Planned's brand guide. You’ll work on a wide range of creative projects—from website design and digital ads to print materials and video editing—to elevate our brand and support our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Web pages: Design and publish new website pages using no-code platforms (Framer / Webflow).
  • Sales decks & collateral: Design and create impactful sales decks, case studies, one-pagers, and other collateral to support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
  • Print projects: Develop creative assets for print, including white papers, tradeshow banners, and booths.
  • Digital ads & social media: Design engaging digital ads, social media graphics, and other online content to promote Planned across various channels.
  • Video editing (optional): Support video creation and editing for marketing demos and case study videos.

About You

  • Proven experience in graphic design with experience using Figma.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital and print media.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and report on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique event concepts.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
