Role : Business Analyst

Location : Montreal, Qc

Description : We are seeking a Business Analyst that can play a pivotal role in supporting the Ecommerce department.

Main Responsibilities

  • Execution of content updates daily.
  • Collaboration with teams to gather copy, translation, images for any site content updates.
  • Manage and update content across 3rd party vendor dashboards as needed.
  • Manage smaller E-commerce projects and enhancement requests.
  • Conduct site QA for any content updates ensuring content is responsive across devices and updated accordingly across all sites.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve E-commerce technical issues.
  • Assist with site testing and quality assurance for system reliability.
  • Evaluate system functionalities and recommend enhancements.
  • Assess feasibility and make recommendations for specific business requests.
  • Creating, reviewing, and delivering end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, and training materials) and training for accuracy.
  • Collaborating with teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensuring timely resolution and implementation and logging tickets as needed.
  • Supporting and participating in UAT testing for all site modifications and enhancements.
  • Coordinating with the development teams and supporting them.
  • System analysis to evaluate and enhance the systems functionalities.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years Ecommerce experience.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS.
  • Excellent skills with MS Office, MS Project and Web-based software.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills and documentation are required (Document Business Requirements, use case development, business process diagramming, facilitating information gathering sessions and workshops).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
