Description of the Role :

We’re now looking for a Community & Business Development Manager to help us grow FXmods into the leading hub for mods. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape the future of our platform by growing both the creator and user community.

Build & Support the Creator Community :

  • Identify, onboard, and build relationships with mod creators
  • Help creators succeed on FXmods with support, promotion, and engagement
  • Foster a strong sense of community through regular communication, events, and collaborations
  • Drive User Growth & Engagement :

  • Develop strategies to attract more gamers to FXmods
  • Lead community campaigns across Discord, Reddit, forums, and social channels
  • Spotlight creators, publish engaging content, and find new ways to increase downloads
  • Business Development & Monetization :

  • Explore and implement monetization opportunities (premium features, partnerships, sponsorships, ads, etc.)
  • Develop strategic partnerships with gaming communities, influencers, and brands
  • Analyze platform data to identify growth and revenue opportunities
  • Qualifications :

  • Experience in modding communities is highly preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales, business development or community management role
  • You’re a self-starter who can take initiative and deliver results
  • You’ve worked in community management, gaming partnerships, or business development
  • You understand the gaming and modding ecosystem deeply — you know where modders gather, what they care about, and how to support them
  • You have strong communication skills and can build meaningful relationships with creators and partners
  • You’re creative, resourceful, and driven by measurable outcomes (growth, engagement, revenue)
