Technology Market Research Analyst (Hybrid)
We’re seeking someone to join our Firmwide Innovation team as a Technology Market Research analyst to analyze market trends, engage with cutting-edge vendors, and help drive the Firm's innovation strategy forward.
In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Technology Leadership & Strategy III position at Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for driving innovation, developing technology roadmaps, and providing vision and strategic direction to align technology initiatives with long-term business objectives, fostering a culture of excellence, growth and transformation across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Research new technologies and trends to help the Firm stay ahead of disruption and develop comprehensive technology market landscapes.
- Analyze companies to assess their market positioning and create detailed company profiles for senior leadership.
- Create executive content and briefings for internal and external presentations to support the organization of senior leadership events.
- Attend stakeholder/vendor meetings, capture key insights and drive action items.
- Manage and update the team's CRM to ensure precise tracking of vendor and stakeholder interactions, deal progress, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with program managers and business intelligence analysts to monitor key projects and milestones and produce reports for leadership.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in technology or technical advisory background.
- In-depth technical knowledge in one of the following fields:
- Artificial Intelligence, AIML, GenAI
- Cloud computing
- Cyber security
- Enterprise-grade infrastructure
- Fintech / Digital Engagement
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize market research.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with vendors and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, especially for CRM data entry.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of French and English is required.
