Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Full-time, In-office (Brossard, QC) with primary focus on the US market.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours

Position Overview
As an SDR, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our prospects and will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to build a strong pipeline that drives company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads within our target market.
- Reach out to prospects through outbound calls, emails, and social channels.
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and determine sales readiness.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand prospects’ needs, challenges, and goals.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of prospect interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and campaigns.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly activity and pipeline targets.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (preferably in SaaS or technology).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of challenges.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and emails daily.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
