This role is a hybrid role (mandated once a week presence in the office).

As a Production Manager at iA Private Wealth (iAPW), you will play an integral role in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of digital and print materials for advisors and clients. You will be responsible for the end-to-end production process and manage the scheduling, resourcing, and maintenance of records, ensuring that all content produced adhere to brand guidelines and compliance requirements. The successful candidate will be a seasoned production manager with a blend of strong project management, communications, and leadership skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and a collaborative mindset to drive operational excellence.

Role Overview

Responsibilities and time allocation :

  • Project Management, Scheduling, Resourcing, and Maintenance (80%)
  • Print & Vendor Management (10%)
  • Relationship Management (10%)

Key Accountabilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end production of digital and print materials, including marketing content, emails, social media and web content, emails, presentations, training guides, and sales enablement content.
  • Act as the lead resource in scheduling production, working within standardized systems to initiate jobs and maintain compliance records.
  • Liaise with the Senior Business Implementation Consultants and Event Manager on the creative brief to understand the business requirements and resource needs. Then provide direction and coordinate timing with internal and external creative resources, creating detailed work-back schedules and managing timelines.
  • Proactively manage maintenance materials, ensuring regular updates and adherence to corporate brand standards and compliance procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives such as digital campaigns and content automation projects, ensuring efficient and cost-effective deliverables.
  • Liaise with internal and external vendors to maintain quality standards, resource new vendors, and produce weekly production reports.
  • Manage the studio’s overall budget and review and approval of vendor payments as required.
  • Work with the Director of Training Development, Communications, and Design on process improvements ideas.
  • Assist in creating the advertising and social media calendar.

  • The Expertise You Bring

  • Take ownership of production timelines and deliverables, acting as the central point of coordination when priorities shift or challenges arise.
  • Demonstrate leadership, composure, and solution-oriented thinking under pressure, guiding stakeholders through ambiguity to keep projects on track.
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, engaging effectively with a wide range of internal and external clients / vendors.
  • Exhibit expert technical skills with workflow systems and production tools, including RoboHead, digital asset management platforms, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Display excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • General knowledge of financial services or mutual fund industry experience is a plus.
  • Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or certificate in project management, marketing, or business management.
  • 5+ years of experience coordinating and executing collateral, web, and digital projects; financial services marketing department experience is a strong asset.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, RoboHead, Adobe Creative Suite and project management software experience is an asset.
  • Understanding of print processes, video production, and digital workflow.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight timelines, prioritizing multiple responsibilities.
  • Bilingual : advanced proficiency in English and French – speaking, reading and writing – would be an asset.
  • Communicating effectively and fostering teamwork and goodwill with internal and external vendors and partners.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
  • Ability to host regular DMS meetings with the production team and stakeholder meetings.
