Responsibilities

  • Ensure the team is aligned on the right work, consistent with business priorities and team and sector objectives.
  • Contribute to proactive management of team mobilization, considering team dynamics and ongoing organizational changes.
  • Support the team in adopting and continuously improving processes.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and team workshops.
  • Support various sector partners.
  • Identify obstacles, promote collaboration, and ensure smooth delivery flow.
  • Maintain performance and budget indicators (JP) up to date.
  • Be autonomous in diagnostics and recommendations development.

Qualifications

  • Autonomous, resourceful, and quick to integrate into an organizational transition context.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Knowledge of Guidewire Insurance Suite and APD.
  • Experience with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent ability to operate in a complex technological environment.
  • Strong knowledge of support and system development activities in Agile mode (Scrum Master certification).
  • Great team working skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience on similar projects (Product Enhancement and Conversion).
  • Bilingual; English required for communicating with external clients outside Quebec.
  • Strong proficiency with JIRA.
  • Note : Only candidates legally authorized to work in Canada will be considered.
