Responsibilities
- Ensure the team is aligned on the right work, consistent with business priorities and team and sector objectives.
- Contribute to proactive management of team mobilization, considering team dynamics and ongoing organizational changes.
- Support the team in adopting and continuously improving processes.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and team workshops.
- Support various sector partners.
- Identify obstacles, promote collaboration, and ensure smooth delivery flow.
- Maintain performance and budget indicators (JP) up to date.
- Be autonomous in diagnostics and recommendations development.
