Skills and qualifications of an Administrator Network

Operational Management

• Maintain and manage network infrastructure, including Microsoft / Azure Active Directory, network topology, and backup technologies;
• Collaborate on system enhancements and participate in process optimization and documentation;
• Handle escalations from user support and provide technical advice for advanced cases.

Learning & Deployment

• Research solutions to improve processes and address technical challenges;
• Stay updated on technologies through training and dedicated learning.

About You

• Relevant certifications in Microsoft (Cloud and On-Prem), Virtualization, Security, etc.;
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a network administrator;
• University or technical degree is an asset;
• Expertise in Microsoft environments, Office 365, Azure, Hyper-Converged technologies, scripting, automation, and enterprise infrastructure;
• Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to develop technical documentation;
• Knowledge of systems like Palo Alto Firewalls, Illumio, Cisco / Juniper networking, Nutanix, and wireless technologies is an asset;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to prioritize in high-pressure settings;
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French;
• Customer service orientation and team collaboration skills.
