Supervisor Production

Responsibilities:

• You will ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, prioritizing a safe work environment.
• You will lead and coordinate the production team, guiding and coaching team members to meet daily and weekly production targets.
• You will plan and schedule production activities using SAP, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• You will oversee the production of surface treatment products, flavors, and colorants, ensuring adherence to quality standards and GMP.
• You will monitor and verify production output according to process specifications and maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
• You will implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• You will communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless production processes.

Qualifications:

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role.
• You possess profound knowledge of various manufacturing processes, machinery, and tools.
• You are familiar with GMPs and quality programs, ensuring compliance at all levels.
• You have practical experience with SAP and MS Office, and strong organizational and leadership skills.
• You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a results-driven approach.
• You are self-motivated and an efficient problem solver, able to manage stress and meet deadlines.
• You hold a high school diploma; additional technical qualifications in food manufacturing or chemistry are a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is preferred.
