ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an exceptional AI Integration Developer to join our dynamic team of independent consultants. This strategic role combines advanced technical expertise in AI agent development with business consulting excellence to transform how our clients adopt and deploy enterprise artificial intelligence solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will bridge the gap between hands-on prompt engineering workshops and the delivery of sophisticated AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Python (First Iteration, as we also develop a relationship with Anthropic - Claude coding).

You will play a crucial role in evolving our professional AI enterprise services and helping businesses unlock the full potential of intelligent automation. (AIaaS)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Development & Integration:

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Program and integrate AI solutions in Python within complex enterprise environments
• Create custom connectors and actions to integrate external APIs and data sources
• Implement intelligent automation solutions with Power Platform and Azure AI services
• Leverage cutting-edge technologies including multi-agent orchestration and autonomous agent design

Client Consulting & Coaching:

• Collaborate directly with client business units to identify AI opportunities and requirements
• Lead hands-on prompt engineering workshops and AI agent training sessions
• Provide strategic coaching on Microsoft Copilot adoption and optimization strategies
• Develop customized implementation roadmaps tailored to each client context
• Facilitate technical workshops and Open Space technology events

Technical Leadership & Innovation:

• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our professional AI service offerings
• Stay at the forefront of the latest innovations in AI agents and Microsoft integrations
• Participate in technology events, conferences, and industry gatherings across Canada and the US
• Mentor client teams on DevOps, Scrum, and Lean best practices in AI contexts
• Drive thought leadership in enterprise AI transformation

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Essential Technical Expertise:

• Advanced proficiency in Python with proven experience in AI agent development and automation
• Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI services
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and cloud integrations
• Strong understanding of advanced AI concepts: multi-agent workflows, reasoning engines, autonomous agent design
• Familiarity with modern AI frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.)
• Experience with generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering best practices

Methodological Experience:

• Proven track record working in production Scrum, Lean, and DevOps environments
• Business agility mindset with ability to rapidly adapt to changing requirements
• Experience in technical consulting and client engagement roles
• Ability to translate business requirements into concrete technical solutions
• Track record of successful enterprise AI implementations

Interpersonal Skills:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written) - MANDATORY
• Exceptional presentation and workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Natural leadership qualities and positive team influence
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities

GEOGRAPHIC & LOGISTICAL REQUIREMENTS

NON-NEGOTIABLE CRITERIA:

• Canadian citizenship - Absolute requirement for this position
• Residence in Greater Toronto Area or Greater Montreal Area
• Availability for occasional travel throughout Canada and the United States
• Capability to co-lead in-person workshops and Open Space Technology events
