YOUR ROLE :

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Assisting the VP and senior management in their daily tasks and strategic activities;
  • Acting as a strategic communication hub for senior management, facilitating coordination and information flow;
  • Managing the agenda of the management team, ensuring close follow-up on priorities and deadlines;
  • Organizing logistics for various events, including conferences, business meetings, and trips;
  • Coordinating travel plans and handling bookings and reservations;

Drafting, editing, and reviewing communications, including emails, letters, documents, presentations, and meeting minutes.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant in a similar position;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken French, and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken);
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively;
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong sense of discretion, and high level of professionalism;
  • Team-oriented mindset, autonomy, and a proactive approach.
