JOB OVERVIEW

MAAX Bath Inc., a North American leader in bathroom products, is looking for an E-commerce and CMS Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our Magento 2 websites, as well as to handle certain content updates on WordPress and Kontent.ai.

This position is primarily technical and operational in nature, requiring close collaboration with our development team to ensure the stability, performance, and ongoing improvement of our digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is autonomous, detail-oriented, enjoys working in a team, and takes initiative by suggesting new projects and improvements to the department and existing processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage product listings, categories, pricing, and images in the Magento 2 admin interface;
Upload visual elements (banners, promotions, homepage content);
Perform content testing and support the go-live process with developers;
Actively collaborate with developers to report bugs, test fixes, and validate enhancements;
Participate in system updates and the integration of new modules and features.

WordPress & Kontent.ai :

Update pages and posts in WordPress following best practices;

Manage content updates in Kontent.ai (headless CMS — training available if needed);

Ensure brand consistency across all platforms;

Work with marketing and content teams to plan and publish updates.

Operational Support :

Review website content to ensure accuracy (e.g., broken links, outdated information);

Generate basic reports (e.g., site performance, CRO, sales);

Document deployments and technical issues;

Provide support to internal teams (customer service, marketing, product management).

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of experience with Magento 2 (or equivalent e-commerce platform) in an administrative or technical role;

Experience working directly with web developers;

Working knowledge of WordPress (page and content updates);

Interest in or experience with headless CMS platforms like Kontent.ai;

Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS for minor content adjustments;

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a dynamic environment;

Strong communication and task management skills (e.g., Basecamp, DevOps).

QUALIFICATIONS & ASSETS

Experience with third-party systems (payment gateways, shipping providers, etc.);

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or other analytics tools;

Understanding of basic SEO and web accessibility principles;

Experience in quality assurance (QA) or testing environments;

Interest in developing technical e-commerce skills.
