Now, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to scale our growth through precision media buying and smart organic strategy.

This is a hybrid role combining paid media strategy with SEO expertise — perfect for a digital marketer who thrives in a fast-paced eCommerce environment and loves chasing results.

What You’ll Do Paid Media Strategy & Execution

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta (FB / IG) , Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube) , TikTok , Pinterest , and Snapchat
• Execute full-funnel performance campaigns, from prospecting to retargeting
• Monitor KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CVR — and constantly iterate to improve them
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop, test, and scale ad creatives
• Build and maintain GA4 dashboards and deliver clear weekly / monthly performance reports
