WHO YOU ARE :

As a Translation Communications Coordinator, you thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are great at multitasking and communication, are driven, and results-oriented. You are recognized for your flawless strategic and project execution skills from start to finish.

Translation from English to French :

Your primary responsibility will be translating content from English to French, including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Coordinate the translation of marketing, HR, operational, and digital content.
  • Manage translation requests, schedules, and workflows to ensure timely delivery of localized materials.
  • Proofread and review translations for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand tone and standards.
  • Maintain and update translation guides and glossaries to ensure consistent brand terminology.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Digital, E-commerce, HR, Operations, etc.) to gather necessary information and content.

Translation Communication Support

  • Assist all departments with a strong focus on Marketing, HR, and Operations teams with translation and copywriting requests: internal documentation and customer-facing.
  • Maintain and update communication and memo templates to ensure brand consistency.
  • Support legal and compliance teams with proofreading and documentation needs.
  • Assist with crisis management communications when required.

Translation Project & Special Initiatives

  • Participate in and support special communication projects across the organization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Additional tasks as required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED :

  • Impeccable French writing (beyond fluency, must be a skilled writer who can produce content for various channels).
  • Ability to communicate perfectly in both French and English (both in reading, writing, communication, and comprehension).
  • Ability to write and proofread in English as well as French considered a strong asset.
  • University degree in translation, or equivalent experience.
  • Working knowledge of MS programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Experience working with project management software an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines and work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Critical thinking, time management, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong team player with a positive mindset.
