Position : Production Coordinator - ApparelLocation : Westmount, MontrealLazy Pants is on the hunt for a sharp, experienced Production Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. If you've worked in fashion and apparel production—especially with Costco or other big box retailers—this role is for you. You'll be the vital link between our retail partners, factory network, and internal teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly from development to delivery.Who You Are : - Experienced with Costco (Canada / US / International) processes and requirements- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a natural problem solver- Skilled at anticipating issues and seeing projects through to the finish line- Strong communicator and collaborative team playerWhat You'll Do : - Serve as the key liaison between Lazy Pants, Costco, and global apparel factories- Oversee and manage timelines, sample approvals, lab dips, and production tracking- Coordinate full shipments including bookings, documentation, and billing- Partner with logistics teams to prevent delays and ensure on-time delivery- Maintain compliance with vendor manuals and testing standards- Keep stakeholders informed and flag any risks or delays earlyWhat You Bring : - Hands-on Costco production experience- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, and apparel production- Knowledge of compliance standards and apparel testing procedures- Bonus : Familiarity with international shipping and customsReady to join a fast-growing brand in the apparel industry?
