Our client is seeking a Sr Bilingual GIS Analyst (Esri, ArcGIS) in Quebec to support a government end client

Initial contract goes till end of Jan . Can be remote but candidates must be residing within Quebec.

Must Have :

5+ years of experience as a GIS Analyst
Have spent 50 full days on geomatics data loading and structuring processes
Have spent 50 full days publishing geomatics web services (Esri) using ArcGIS Desktop or ArcGIS Pro
Have spent 50 full days developing or maintaining geoprocessing applications (using Model Builder, Python, or ArcObjects)
Have 50 full days of professional experience with FME Desktop (Safe Software)
Have worked on at least one project using the Agile approach or have completed Agile training.
Hold an undergraduate degree in geomatics or computer science with relevant knowledge in GIS
French fluency
Have some knowledge of :
computer development in the Visual Studio environment and C#.NET programming;
software from the Esri geomatics suite (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Enterprise), QGIS;
ETL software : FME;
programming environments : Visual Code, GitHub;
programming languages : Python, JavaScript;
IT security : Active Directory, LDAP, OAuth 2.0 authentication with ArcGIS Enterprise
