Senior IT Business Analyst

We cover a wide range of positions in development, business intelligence, and infrastructure.I am currently looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst for one of our clients located in downtown Montreal.This is a permanent position, and the offered salary will vary depending on experience ($90,000 to $110,000).Key Responsibilities : Configure and manage operational workflows within internal platforms to meet business needs.Oversee and document all application change requests with a high level of accuracy and structure.Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal systems by supporting the implementation of new technological solutions.Keep technical documentation up to date to ensure clarity and operational continuity.Actively participate in training initiatives and the rollout of new digital tools across teams.Work closely with external partners and software vendors to enhance the functionality of existing IT solutions.Support the service desk team by handling Level 1 and 2 requests during peak periods.You are fluent in both French and English, allowing you to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients across Canada and internationally.You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.You have strong expertise in information systems, project management methodologies, and process modeling.You possess solid knowledge in application and / or software development.You are able to write clear and structured technical documentation, including user guides and detailed functional procedures.You have an advanced understanding of various hardware environments, including centralized, client-server, and cloud-based systems.You value teamwork and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within your team.You tackle challenges with a structured approach, analyzing data to identify sustainable and effective solutions.Provide advanced (Level 3) technical support for the organization's business applications.Recommend improvements to optimize user efficiency and overall operational performance.Perform any other tasks or special projects assigned by management as part of the department's priorities.
