IT Project Manager

In a context of transformation, the project manager is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring strategic or operational projects, ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations are met. The ideal candidate has strong stakeholder management skills and ensures resource coordination. Reporting to the IT PMO department, they also play a key role in promoting innovation and continuous improvement.

Salary range 006 : 95 900$ to 119 900$ (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position).

What’s involved in this role :

Set up a system for monitoring and controlling project costs, schedules, and resources.

Develop project breakdown structures (WBS) and create an integrated project plan.

Monitor the progress of activities and milestones and provide regular progress reports.

Facilitate and lead regular meetings.

Supervise and monitor the time and effort invested by the resources involved in the project.

Identify capacity constraints, escalate issues, and propose risk mitigation solutions.

Document and manage change requests, ensuring they are aligned with project objectives.

Analyze project performance and identify variances between planned and actual results.

Identify risks and propose corrective actions if necessary.

Maintain and update project dashboards, ensuring data accuracy.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Identify opportunities for optimizing processes, tools, and methods.

What you need to join our team :

Bachelor's degree in administration, information technology, or a related field.

5+ years of project management experience

PMP or Agile certification (an asset)

Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

Experience with project management tools (Jira or equivalent).

Leadership and ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good ability to communicate in French and English.
