What You’ll Be Contributing

Design, implement, and maintain CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Octopus Deploy.

Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform (OpenTofu), Ansible, and Azure ARM / Bicep.

Lead automation initiatives to streamline application deployments, infrastructure provisioning, and operational tasks.

Collaborate with developers, QA, security, and IT teams to ensure seamless application delivery and platform stability.

Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using Grafana, Zabbix, Azure Monitor, and related tools.

Build and maintain dashboards, alerts, and observability practices to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.

Support containerization and orchestration, particularly using Kubernetes (AKS) and Docker.

Perform system performance analysis and capacity planning to ensure infrastructure meets business needs.

Conduct root cause analysis, incident response, and post-incident reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Participate in project planning, architecture discussions, and DevOps process improvements.

What Sets You Apart

3 years experience working in a similar or related role. Experience as a DevOps Specialist or similar software engineering role;

Strong knowledge of Azure or another major cloud provider (GCP, AWS);

Strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies;

Proficient with SVN, git and git workflows;

Good knowledge of PowerShell, Groovy, Bash or Python;

Working knowledge of Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, and MSBuild;

Ability to work independently or to work in a team (to learn and contribute);

Must have excellent strategizing techniques, have above average communication skills;

Hands-on experience in networking security, databases and cloud systems;

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;

Self-motivated with the ability to deliver high-quality results under minimal supervision;

Willing to learn skills and techniques specific to our work environment
