We’re looking for a Scrum Master that will be in charge of facilitating, coaching and guiding the team towards agile best practices according to the reality of the organization.

What you'll be doing :

• Help the squad to self-organize, be autonomous;
• Facilitate the scrum processes, protect it from interference, and help remove impediments by encouraging the squad to find solutions;
• Provide transparency over the squad goals that have been set and progress to the stakeholders;
• Guide the team through challenges and work very closely with the Product Owner on the rollout and enhancements throughout the product life cycle;
• Coach and mentor Developers, QAs and Product Owners on Agile principles and processes;
• Facilitate team ceremonies (daily stand-up meetings, release plannings, backlog refinements, sprint plannings, sprint reviews, demos and retrospectives) and other required team meetings;
• Adapt Agile best practices to the reality of the organization to ensure buy-in of the team and stakeholders;
• Help the PO maintain an up-to-date product backlog;
• Involve the team in continuous improvement with the aim of simplifying processes;
• Managing multiple development teams;
• Partner with your colleagues to help the organization gain maturity with its processes and implement best practices;
