Responsibilities
What your days look like as a Helpdesk Technician :
- Respond directly to user requests via phone, email, and chat to provide courteous and efficient support;
- Assist in installation, configuration, support and ongoing usability of desktops, laptops, peripheral equipment and software complying with given standards and guidelines;
- Maintain and resolve issues on LAN / WAN, VoIP telephone, videoconference, digital signage and other computing equipment;
- Manage the deployment and support of remote mobile devices (iPhone, Android, handheld scanners, etc);
- Maintain computer and equipment asset inventory;
- Contribute to research and development of technical solutions;
- Ensure that system, process and user documentation and diagrams are complete and up-to-date;
- Contribute in maintaining all systems security compliance;
- Participate in various integration and improvement projects;
- Perform technical analyses and contribute to business proposals;
