The ideal Business Development Manager will have excellent communication skills, previous experience in SaaS sales, and a strong desire to pursue a career in renewable energy.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads, targeting renewable energy producers and airports across North America.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers through research, cold outreach, and networking.
  • Tailor presentations to the specific needs of prospects.
  • Stay informed about market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement, in line with the company’s entrepreneurial values.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or SaaS sales.
  • Proven "hunter" mentality.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (essential due to the covered territories).
  • Spanish and French proficiency is an asset.
  • Understanding of the renewable energy market is a plus.
