Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone starting their career in marketing within a dynamic environment. Reporting to the Merchandising Director, the Marketing Assistant will support marketing and merchandising functions such as supplier allowance tracking, website updates, promotional communications, and marketing material proofing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and coordinating promotional campaigns, including deal guides and marketing materials.
• Conduct quality assurance for flyers, brochures, and digital content to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
• Build and send promotional eblasts using platforms like Courrielleur or MailChimp, leveraging customer segment lists for targeted outreach.
• Track marketing allowances and co-op funds from suppliers and assist in collecting these funds.
• Update product listings, descriptions, and imagery on the website to align with marketing strategies.
• Oversee production and distribution of printed catalogues.
• Coordinate French translations for marketing materials when needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Merchandising teams to support marketing initiatives.
