Job Title : IT Support Technician – Level 2

Role Summary : As an L2 technician, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to internal users across multiple industrial sites. You will play a key role in resolving complex incidents, managing IT equipment, and participating in the continuous improvement of systems.

Main Responsibilities : Provide level 2 technical support to office employees and field teams (factories, sorting centers, etc.).

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to workstations, printers, networks, business software, and endpoints.
• Participate in the management and execution of IT projects (e.g., deployment of new equipment, system migration, opening of new sites).
• Regularly travel to various sites to ensure on-site support.
• Collaborate with level 1 and 3 teams to ensure effective incident resolution.
• Participate in the deployment of new equipment and IT inventory management.
• Document procedures and solutions in the ticket management system.
• Ensure excellent customer service in a bilingual environment (French / English).

Required Skills and Qualifications : 4 to 5 years of experience in L2 technical support, ideally in an industrial or multisite environment.

Desired Profile : Autonomy, rigor, and initiative.
