Job Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring alignment between Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) systems to ensure seamless integration, optimization, and security of critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both environments, managing and supporting technology that powers operational systems such as ICS, SCADA, PLCs, and IIoT devices.

The IT / OT Analyst will collaborate with Engineering, IT, and Manufacturing teams to ensure systems align with organizational goals, operate efficiently, securely, and comply with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Integration & Support : Support OT operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system uptime. Process requests for new equipment to ensure secure integration.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance : Implement security protocols, maintain cybersecurity measures, and ensure compliance with policies.
• System Monitoring & Performance : Monitor system performance, perform updates, patches, and identify automation opportunities.
• Collaboration & Communication : Act as liaison for Manufacturing and Engineering, develop documentation.
• Project Management & Implementation : Lead or support OT projects, manage technology upgrades.
• Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze operational data, generate performance and security reports.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Certifications

CompTIA Network+ or Security+ (not mandatory).

Education & Experience

Languages

Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.

Security Clearance

Must obtain and hold security clearance at SECRET level II and pass security assessments for the CGP.
