A leading global investment banking firm is seeking an experienced and driven Associate Director, E-Trading Java Developer to join its innovative technology team in Montreal. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of financial technology, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop high-performance systems that support global capital markets operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and shape the technical vision and architecture for trading applications.
• Enhance and maintain high-performance eTrading and algorithmic trading platforms.
• Work with global technology teams to define best practices, integrate reusable components, and contribute to the development of scalable solutions.
• Identify and address operational risks and control deficiencies proactively.
• Mentor junior developers by providing guidance, technical expertise, and career development support.
• Regularly interact with partners and teams across Canada and internationally.
