Brief description of the position :

In order to meet the needs of its clients in the IT sector, FOP Consultants is looking for motivated Software Development Architect consultants for mandates. The main missions would be to ensure that application, software, and technology alternatives are adequately explored in order to select the best solutions to meet all functional and technological needs.

Main responsibilities :

Without limitation, the main responsibilities of the position are as follows :

• Research and participate in the implementation of solutions to performance issues;
• Guide software development analyses with regard to the coding and construction of software components or the use of development tools;
• Develop software architecture;
• Participate in the evolution of the development framework by identifying basic graphical controls, common components, test environments, and tools related to continuous integration and test-driven development;
• Ensure that software architecture guidelines are consistent and correctly applied by the implementation teams;
• Provide support for testing during production and liaise with various collaborators during production;
• Design the logical and physical distribution of software components;
• Plan activities to explore functionalities;
• Explore functionalities with all stakeholders (UX, PO, security, legal);
• Document architectural guidelines, functionalities, legal issues, and standards to be complied with;
• Participate in the documentation of epics;
• Define the functional and non-functional requirements of the applications;
• Participate in the prioritization of functionalities;
• Approve the implementation of functionalities.
