Job Summary

If you join us as a Production Chef, your responsibilities will include :

  • Coordinating and preparing large volumes of meals daily, following various menus and concepts
  • Ensuring appropriate portions and presentation
  • Planning production, delegating tasks, and managing kitchen staff
  • Controlling and recycling surplus production
  • Assessing food requirements, ordering commodities according to standards
  • Completing production sheets and registers
  • Controlling the quality of incoming commodities and stock rotation
  • Placing orders
  • Adhering to budget constraints
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
  • Assisting with service provision as needed

  • Degree or diploma in culinary management
  • At least 3 years of foodservice or related management experience in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
  • Customer service orientation and strong communication skills in French
