We are LifeSci Digital Experience Designers –driven by creativity, powered by technology, and grounded in science. Our solutions leverage experiential learning and emerging technologies like 3D, and MR / AR / VR, developed in accordance with industry regulatory standards, including PAAB and ASC.

Position Overview :

TroisPrime is seeking a motivated and strategicBusiness Development Representativeto join our growing team in Montreal. Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the development of tailored digital experience solutions for leading life science companies.

You’ll be actively involved in the full business development cycle–from lead generation and discovery to creative brainstorming, proposal development, and pitch support. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who is eager to grow within a dynamic, collaborative, and globally connected agency environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation & Qualification : Identify and engage new prospects within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and healthcare industries through research, outreach and networking.
  • Solution Development : Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and shape strategic, creative, and technically feasible solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Proposal Support : Contribute to proposal writing, budgeting, and timeline planning to ensure compelling and realistic pitches.
  • Client Engagement : Present TroisPrime’s capabilities and value proposition through calls, emails, and meetings to build trust and interest.
  • Pipeline & CRM Management : Track outreach, opportunities, and performance metrics using HubSpot and other tools to maintain an accurate and healthy pipeline.
  • Market Intelligence : Stay current on industry trends, competitive activity, and client challenges to position TroisPrime as a proactive, knowledgeable partner.
  • Relationship Building : Develop and nurture client relationships, with a focus on trust, transparency, and long-term value.
  • Sales Targets : Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals, in alignment with team and company growth objectives.

  • Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in science, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience : 1–3 years within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or healthcare industry, in a business development role, sales, or in client-facing roles.
  • Languages : Proficiency in English is required. Bilingualism (French and English) is strongly preferred.
  • Technical skills : Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), G-Suite, Microsoft Suite, and other presentation tools.
  • Communication skills : Comfortable learning and speaking about digital technologies and scientific content.
  • Competitive Compensation

  • Yearly base salary (between 62k$ and 70k$ depending on experience);
  • Uncapped performance-based commission (at a rate of 0.12% of sales).
  • 3 weeks vacation + Summer Fridays (in July & August);
