POSITION OVERVIEW

PHI Studio is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Senior Acquisition Specialist to lead all digital and traditional acquisition initiatives across multiple markets. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this person will play a key role in developing and executing high-performing acquisition strategies, managing media budgets, optimizing campaigns, and achieving audience and conversion goals. This role goes beyond simple ad campaign execution. The specialist will be responsible for full-funnel acquisition planning — including campaign strategy, media planning, testing, performance tracking (ROAS, CPA, CAC), and coordination across both digital and offline channels. The focus is on new customer acquisition (not just retargeting) and driving measurable growth through strategic media use and optimization. This position is ideal for someone who bridges the gap between paid media execution and strategic acquisition thinking — understanding not only platforms like Meta and Google, but also how to drive lifetime value, test conversion levers, and adapt acquisition strategies by market. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and lead multichannel acquisition strategies (digital, out-of-home, partnerships) across multiple international markets;
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, programmatic);
  • Oversee SEO / SEM initiatives to support brand awareness, conversion, and audience growth;
  • Develop media plans by market, in collaboration with local teams;
  • Monitor key performance indicators (CAC, ROAS, CPA) and deliver actionable performance reports;
  • Manage acquisition budgets with accuracy and efficiency;
  • Run A / B tests to optimize messaging, formats, and channels;
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure campaign consistency across all channels;
  • Stay up-to-date on trends, tools, and best practices in key markets;
  • Contribute to organic growth strategies (SEO, content, social media, influencer marketing) to drive and convert unpaid traffic;
  • Participate in broader acquisition efforts such as landing page optimization, email capture tactics, and improving the customer journey.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum academic requirement: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum required experience: 5 years in a similar role in digital acquisition or performance marketing, including the management of international campaigns, or in marketing for commercial products or large-scale consumer projects.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is required for working with international clientele and collaborations, as well as with technological tools;
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok for Business, and display / programmatic platforms;
  • Strong understanding of SEO / SEM strategies;
  • Proven experience in managing acquisition budgets and optimizing performance;
  • Strong command of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Data Studio, etc.);
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously;
  • Analytical and results-oriented mindset;
  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, and capable of making strategic decisions;
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English, written and spoken;
  • Knowledge of international markets and sensitivity to cultural and contextual differences.
