Job Title
IT Support Technician – Level 2
Role Summary
As an L2 technician, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to internal users across multiple industrial sites. You will play a key role in resolving complex incidents, managing IT equipment, and participating in the continuous improvement of systems.
Main Responsibilities
Provide level 2 technical support to office employees and field teams (factories, sorting centers, etc.).
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to workstations, printers, networks, business software, and endpoints.
- Participate in the management and execution of IT projects (e.g., deployment of new equipment, system migration, opening of new sites).
- Regularly travel to various sites to ensure on-site support.
- Collaborate with level 1 and 3 teams to ensure effective incident resolution.
- Participate in the deployment of new equipment and IT inventory management.
- Document procedures and solutions in the ticket management system.
- Ensure excellent customer service in a bilingual environment (French / English).
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years of experience in L2 technical support, ideally in an industrial or multisite environment.
- Good knowledge of Windows environments, AD, Office 365, Cloud applications.
- Experience with remote support tools (LogMeIn, RDP) and ticketing systems (e.g., Ivanti).
- Good knowledge of networking (TCP / IP, WAN, VLAN, VPN).
- Ability to manage small technical projects independently.
- Valid driver's license and availability for frequent travel.
- Bilingualism required (French and English).
