Responsabilities :
- Lead the response to physical breaches, incidents, and emergency situations, acting as the first point of contact and coordinating the initial intervention.
- Develop, implement, and test emergency preparedness plans (e.g., fire, protests, evacuation, bomb alerts) and business continuity strategies in collaboration with HR, IT, and Operations.
- Plan and implement business continuity plans in case of natural disaster, in collaboration with IT, HR, and Operations.
- Conduct security audits, inspections, and risk assessments for corporate offices, hubs, and field stations.
- Manage third-party security guard services, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and compliance with service agreements.
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of physical security systems such as CCTV, access control, and intrusion alarms, in coordination with vendors and technical teams.
- Enforce physical access control policies, monitor visitor management protocols, and manage access card and alarm code issuance and revocation.
- Maintain and update all security-related documentation including incident logs, audit reports, equipment inventories, and system configuration records.
Qualifications :
- 4–6 years of experience in physical security operations and infrastructure supervision.
- Demonstrated experience managing third-party guard services and coordinating security responses.
- Knowledge of physical security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems) and emergency preparedness protocols.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English (written and verbal) are required.
- Valid Private Investigator license issued by the Bureau de la Sécurité Privée (BSP), in accordance with required laws and regulations.
