• Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure all business requirements are developed accordingly
• Develop user experience as per designs, accessibility, and digital guidelines and best practices
• Ability to create custom CSS to match branding requirements
• Actively contribute to the continuous enhancement of the team by bringing new ideas and solutions on how to ameliorate the applications, the processes, the delivery, the communication, etc.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Stay current in technical knowledge and latest development practices

Required Skills

Education

• A relevant University degree / technical certification, and / or relevant experience commensurate to the role

Work Experience

• Expert knowledge of web technologies (HTML5 / CSS)
• Experience in Functional Programming
• Knowledge of Angular (12+) and System JS
• Knowledge of NodeJS, Express would be an asset
• Experience on Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Target
• Experience with Atlassian software development and collaboration tools (Jira, BitBucket, Confluence, Gearset etc.) is an asset
• Exceptional analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Self-motivated and independent worker
• Possess investigative nature and be self-motivated
• Results oriented with proactive and methodical approach to problem solving
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure against tight deadlines and changing priorities
• Must be a team player with ability to work closely with diverse groups and working styles
• Ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships
• Flexibility and willingness to work extended hours, when required
