Freight Sales Specialist
About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Freight Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with freight forwarding experts to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their supply chain needs and provide tailored proposals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various channels.
- Maintain regular communication with client Operations / Customer Service Departments.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics / freight sales.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) is an asset.
