Temporary position for 12 months

The Personal Services Business Intelligence Department is responsible for modernizing and simplifying business performance monitoring, producing control panels and making recommendations based on key performance indicators for the entire Personal Services Executive Division, and specifically the Caisse Network Division. As a business intelligence analyst, you help monitor performance through data leveraging. You help use and valorize data for various channels. You extract, describe, analyze and interpret the data needed to make informed business decisions. More specifically, you will be required to:

Responsabilités

  • Identify, input, analyze and interpret data to support management decision-making and processes that monitor the application of management policies and practices.
  • Make recommendations
  • Help identify and analyze business needs and operationalize business intelligence solutions through cross-sector coordination.
  • Produce reports and dashboards and ensure quality of the information produced.
  • Develop and write methods and processes.

Ce que vous apportez

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Knowledge of French is required.
  • Knowledge of Power BI tools.
  • Knowledge of SAS and SQL database languages.
  • General knowledge of operational realities and banking tools.
