Quality Manager

Supervise and coordinate the Quality Services Team to ensure timely completion of duties and responsibilities.

Manage changes management, product releases, quality complaints, investigations, deviations, non-conformance systems, and CAPAs.

Oversee the establishment licensing system, GMP requirements for product launches, ISO 13485 certification, and related quality systems.

Handle non-MRA requirements and the product return process.

Prepare and revise controlled documents for compliance.

Recruit, train, develop, and retain a team of quality professionals to support key deliverables.

Develop employee growth plans and support team skill development.

Manage subcontractors for the Quality Services Department.

Build effective partnerships across functions and boundaries to ensure high standards of compliance and quality.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in science.
• 8+ years in a quality role within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
• 3+ years in people management.
• Strong understanding of GMP / ISO 13485 standards, regulations, and industry trends.
• Knowledge of manufacturing technologies and dosage forms.
• Proven leadership in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Detail-oriented, capable of working independently and in teams.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills in English and French.
