Skills and Qualifications

Operational Management

• Manage network infrastructure, including Microsoft / Azure Active Directory, network topology, and backup technologies.
• Collaborate on system enhancements and participate in process optimization and documentation.
• Handle escalations from support teams and provide technical guidance.

Learning & Deployment

• Research solutions to improve processes and address technical challenges.
• Stay updated on technologies through training and dedicated learning.

About You

• Relevant certifications in Microsoft, Virtualization, Security, etc.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a network administrator.
• University or technical degree is an asset.
• Expertise in Microsoft environments, Office 365, Azure, and virtualization technologies.
• Scripting, automation, and software deployment knowledge.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure and troubleshooting.
• Ability to develop and interpret technical documentation.
• Asset: knowledge of firewalls, network segmentation, Microsoft Intune, wireless and network configurations, Nutanix.
