Certifications : CISA preferred

About the Role :

We're seeking a Lead IT Auditor / Team Lead to oversee internal audits for our operations, with a focus on IT, cybersecurity, and data controls. Reporting functionally to the IT Audit Supervisor and the Deputy CEO, you'll manage end-to-end audits, lead junior auditors, and help drive audit strategy and risk assessment initiatives across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead or support IT audits, assessing risk, control effectiveness, and compliance

Supervise audit teams, guide planning, and ensure quality deliverables

Communicate audit findings to management and support final report preparation

• Monitor regulatory developments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, Operations, Risk) and support regulator interactions

Requirements :

6+ years of IT audit experience

Strong understanding of IT risks, internal controls, and regulatory standards

Proficient in audit tools, data analytics (Excel, Python, PowerBI), and basic coding (Python, Java, JavaScript)

Soft Skills :

Strong communication and leadership

Analytical and detail-oriented

Ability to work independently and manage teams

Results-driven with strong project management skills
