They are expanding their sales force and looking for a dynamic Senior Technical Sales Representative – Full Sales Cycle to spearhead growth in key markets. As a Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing long-term client relationships. This is a strategic and high-impact role, requiring a blend of technical acumen, relationship-building skills, and sales expertise to drive revenue growth. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate key industries, including aerospace, fuel cells, defense, automotive, marine, and mining sectors. Must be highly organized with proven experience in booking appointments and traveling locally and internationally to engage with customers for business development, relationship management, and generating sales opportunities. Requires a strong understanding of and ability to drive sales across core service offerings, including Precision CNC Machining, Injection Molding, Welding, Sub-Assemblies, 3D Printing, Design for Manufacturing, Engineering Development, and Fuel Cell solutions. Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact to contract negotiation and deal closure. Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers, including VPs, procurement managers, and technical teams. Effectively communicate technical product offerings and value propositions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Drive revenue growth by identifying cost-reduction opportunities and securing long-term contracts. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities. Maintain and update CRM systems (HubSpot, Thomasnet, ZoomInfo, or similar) to track sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and outstanding client satisfaction. Strong business development experience in manufacturing sales. Proven track record working with larger contracts. Autonomous, strategic, and persistent in building relationships. Expertise in tech sales with a strong focus on industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, Machine Manufacturing, Mining, and Marine. Work closely with VPs, procurement managers, and technical teams. Grow existing and new relationships to secure long-term contracts. 5+ years of direct sales experience in manufacturing, CNC machining, or related industrial sales. ~ Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and close large-scale deals. ~ Strong background in contract manufacturing sales for aerospace, high-tech, or similar industries is highly preferred. ~ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. ~ High level of organization and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities. ~ A valid driver's license and a car are required, as the role involves frequent travel to clients' premises. ~ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales, Business, or a related field preferred.
