IT Deskside support technicians, bilingual

- CONTRACT (Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours / week)

Key Responsibilities :
Provide on-site and remote technical assistance, including support via phone and Tech Café presence. Assist with Windows 11 migration across sites, including device imaging, pre-staging, deployment, and troubleshooting. Offer user guidance for OneDrive backups, mobile device support, and specialized Lenovo applications. Log, triage, and resolve technical incidents and requests, escalating as needed. Maintain visibility on-site through proactive office walkthroughs. Collaborate with service desk, telecom, and other IT teams for issue resolution. Document all work in ticketing systems such as ServiceNow. Support setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of conference and server room equipment. Desired Qualifications :
Windows Migration experience Familiarity with Windows 11 is a MUST ServiceNow experience as a Ticketing platform is a MUST Experience working in a Server room Excellent customer service and communication skills (English and French). Strong soft skills and professional demeanor when dealing with users.
